One of our newest Distributor Partners, CONNECTIONS has been specializing in call accounting systems since 1986. Through them we offer the following products:
It automatically imports bills from CDs or other media for multiple vendors, ties each billable number to a cost center, tracks vendor details and circuit numbers. It provides alerts if billing continues beyond the disconnect date; if promised credits are not received and when bills are received for new services.
Reports show costs per location/cost center/department, by vendor, service type, etc. Reports can greatly assist in forecasting and budgeting.
Meridian PBX Administration Systems
Perform Adds, Moves & Changes using a Windows-based, drag-and-drop, point-and-click program that only requires one hour of training. These changes can also be downloaded to Meridian Mail and some call accounting systems, eliminating double-data entry.
Meridian Consoles/Directories
A highly flexible and feature rich computer-telephony application platform for the attendant console position. The PC-based platform operates in a multi-tasking, Microsoft Windows environment. The system combines user configurable directories and information access applications with integrated call processing. The data in these directory systems can be downloaded to some call accounting systems.
