Device Activity Monitoring (Calls, SMS, Data)  - Monitors the user's activities on the wireless device, sending the captured information to the portal at pre-set intervals (known as "ping check").

Device Activity Control (Calls, SMS, Data) - Use policies assigned by portal to the device are enforced at all times until changed by portal during a ping check.

Account Category Set Up - Define control options for user categories during the set up of the account.

Report Filtering - Offers filters for revealing only the information desired by the user. Filters, once set, can be saved for future use.

PACE Management Portal - PACE stands for "Police, Acquit, Curb, and Enforce" with reference to a user's wireless privileges on the company provided wireless device. The company can set wireless use policies for specific classes of employees. The policies are set and customized by the System Administrator to through this PACE Management Portal.

PACE Automated Threshold Alerts - System Administrator may set the maximum usage for minutes, text, or data usage for each class of wireless users in PACE settings. The System Administrator can also set thresholds, say 50%, 75%, 90% and 100%, of the allowance. When the usage reaches the allowance threshold, the user will get an alert indicating the usage level. (e.g., Let us say a user has a privilege to use 700 peak minutes of talk time in a month. When the user has talked a cumulative 350 peak minutes in a month, the user will see an alert on the phone that says "You have used up 50% of your peak minutes allowance." Additionally, administrators can block or block and notify users of policy breaches such as context sensitive messages or URL's as they occur on the corporate liable device.

411 Redirect - Redirects 411 (Directory Assistance) calls to the CTS Service at just $0.50 per call, instead of the $1.99 per call commonly charged by carriers.

Acceptable Use Policy and Enforcement - Managers have the ability to set standard controls for the entire device fleet by using the online portal, such as allowing four personal calls each week, or never allowing 411 calls.

White List/Black List (Numbers & URLs ) - MobilChek can control the wireless device so as to allow or prohibit access to the listed numbers or web URLs as desired. White List is an "allowed" list of phone numbers and URLs that a user can access; while the Black List is the list of numbers and URLs that are blocked. Typically, restrictions are placed such that all calls are allowed except for the black list; or all calls are blocked except for those on the white list.

Device PIM Back Up (full) - This feature backs up the user's data on the wireless device, e.g., directory of people and their phone numbers, calendar, emails, text messages, downloaded documents, etc. In the event the device is lost or stolen, the user's data can be downloaded to the replacement device to restore the user to the previous state.

Remote Lock, Wipe, and Kill (LWK) - Once a device has been reported by its user as either lost or stolen, the System Administrator can use the MobilChek portal to remotely (OTA) "lock" the device to prevent its further use, delete all user data on the device ("wipe"), and drain the battery to "kill" the device altogether.

Dynamic Messaging  - MobilChek can be used as a fleet communications tool. SMS messages can be entered into the management portal by and administrator and delivered to all or selected devices via SMS directly to the users.

Messaging Labeling Customization - Provides a custom label for your messages, the label can reflect the purpose of the message or the policy breech that is being reported.

Rich Messaging - You can also attach specific graphics and music tones to a text message (Text message will show a background picture of Santa on a sleigh while "I Wish You a Merry Christmas" plays in the background".

MobilChek for Data Card Application - Data Cards are used to allow a user to connect to Internet over a wireless network while "on the move" (as offered by wireless carriers such as Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, et al.) Data Cards free the user from dependence on a stationary Wi-Fi hotspot. MobilChek for Data Cards enforces data usage allocations, usage and security policies established by the System Administrator.
