Batch Directory Assistance
For those companies that prefer or require a Batch processing option, we have the solution. Files can be emailed or sent by File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to our processing center. The customer selects the most appropriate match type or types to run, and our experienced operations staff takes over! Within 24 to 48 hours a Results File with accompanying processing statistics is returned to the customer. The Continuous Transaction process uses the same Telco sourced database that the DirectDA - Web based offering uses, thus ensuring high quality results. Following are some sample Continuous Transaction Processing (CTP) search types:

This search will perform an exact match on Last Name, First Name, and Street Name data. The customer should ensure the data is accurate and does not contain any abbreviations, or the number of hits or results could be very limited. |
